We Give It a Second Life.
Discarded PET bottles, HDPE containers and fishing gear are collected from coastlines and municipal streams, cleaned, shredded into flake, and re-engineered into resin ready for our product lines — reducing what would otherwise persist in landfill or ocean for centuries. We've since expanded to agricultural waste streams as well, giving sugarcane, coffee, rice and corn byproducts a second life.

04 — THE PROCESS
How We Recycle Waste
From plastic bottles to sugarcane bagasse — every waste stream we take in follows the same five-step journey.
1. Collect
We partner with coastal cleanup crews, municipal recovery centers and farm co-ops to intercept plastic and agricultural waste before it reaches landfill, ocean or the burn pile.
2. Sort
Material is sorted by type — PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, sugarcane bagasse, coffee husk, rice husk and corn husk — each routed to its own processing line.
3. Clean
Every stream is washed, de-contaminated and dried, then shredded or milled into a uniform flake or fiber ready for processing.
4. Transform
Flake and fiber are melted or pressed into resin and composite sheet, tested for strength, UV stability and food safety where required.
5. Create
Resin and composite are molded, stitched or woven into the finished products you use every day — traceable back to the batch it came from.
